Dodge & Cox Mutual Funds
Dodge & Cox manages four no-load mutual funds. The Funds offer a simple, low-cost way to own a
broadly diversified portfolio of stocks and / or fixed-income securities. They manage separate accounts and mutual

the firm began.
They are known for their low-expenses in the industry and very strong performance.

Dodge & Cox Website
Dodge & Cox's strategy has always been to focus on servicing our current clients well, and to
achieve a steady, controlled growth of assets under management and client relationships. Therefore, we
have not advertised, employed sales people, or paid 12b-1 fees to brokers for distribution as a way of
increasing the Funds' asset base. Since our firm was founded in 1930, it has been our belief that in
providing reasonable-cost investment portfolios with attractive returns, investors will find us—and
beginning in the late-1990s, many more investors did.

Since making its Champion Funds debut back in our June 2004 issue, this fund has leapfrogged over the competition, sprinting to a gain of more than 66%, while the broad domestic stock market (as measured by the S&P 500) has climbed a mere 17.3%. Better yet, the Dodge fund's expense ratio will ding you just 0.77%.
